One Day at a time

Today has been full of questions.

About authenticity.
About seeming to smile when hiding cosmic rage.
About children being not just given permission, but encouraged to shout and scream as they run down a long hill coming out of the forest.
About actively encouraging those things inside which society might just frown on.
About being truly, boundlessly passionate.

What is the point of knowing I'm a multidimensional Being,
if I continue to walk in the world as though I'm unconnected?
What is the point of walking in the world,
if I don't keep connected with the Source of my Being?
If you never knew I was connected, if you couldn't see because I was hiding,
how could you ever feel I supported you in your living for Truth?

Today we breathed wildness, and allowed all those hidden feelings of
non-permission
deep lamentation
being colder than cold
and doubt.

And as we rose up again from the journey-sleep, in the ensuing peace we felt
allowed and encouraged and validated
deep joy
warmth more than warmth
and inner knowing, towards certainty.

This was a sacred moment in time
and I give thanks for that miracle.

As we practise this more,
so it becomes our every day.
